Morning/nightly dry body brushing ritual
Use the brush dry, not wet, before you dress or shower. (A wet brush clumps and won’t give the same result
Gently brush skin in light, sweeping strokes, always brushing towards the heart.
Start at the base of feet, brush each section of each limb / body part.
Avoid the face and breasts
Ideally 7 strokes per section of skin in a the direct towards the heart to increase lymphatic flow.
Wash dry brush every few of week ensure to dry extremely well in the sun as natural fibres can attract mould if left wet. Replace your brush every 6-12 months
