Refund policy
Do you offer returns?
If your product arrived damaged or faulty, please submit a return request to info@beautyunleashed.com.au outlining the primary reason for the return. Please have your sales invoice and order number at hand. Our Customer Care team will get back to you with next steps. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount.
We will process refunds and exchanges within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the goods. Refunds (excluding shipping/delivery charges) will be made against the original payment method.
We cannot accept any product that we reasonably believe have been used and in such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund is available and your items will be returned to you within 14 days of notification.
Can I return for change of mind?
We want you to be satisfied with your Beauty Unleashed purchase, however, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you believe that you have purchased the wrong item, please submit a return request to info@beautyunleashed.com.au outlining the reason for the return. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us immediately if the goods you receive are damaged, faulty or not what you originally ordered and we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Our Returns and Exchanges policy does not exclude or replace your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
