Appointments
The best way to schedule an appointment via our online booking service. A booking fee of 30% is required at time of booking.
First time guests, new or differing treatments scheduled require mandatory consultation forms completed prior to your appointment.
If you are late to your appointment you may be required to have your treatment shortened or re- book your service to accommodate the next scheduled guest.
Cancellation of Appointments
Should you need to cancel or postpone a booking you are able to do this via the book now button please ensure to give 24 hours notice. For Spa treatments and packages the booking fee is non-refundable if less notice is given. Beauty Unleashed value your time and your business and ask for your assistance in helping the Micro Spa run an up to date schedule so we can ensure you receive the very best!
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones, Laptops, IOS and all electronic devices should be turned to silent whilst visiting Beauty Unleashed as we pride ourselves on creating the perfect ambient environment for yourself and all other visiting guests. No exceptions please.
Gift Vouchers
Please ensure you bring your gift voucher to your appointment at time of redemption.
Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Gift cards are not redeemable as cash, and are transferable but are not refundable. Gift vouchers can only be validated when presented at the time of purchase with a valid date and personalised number/ code. Gift vouchers are now available to buy online only
Returns
Beauty Unleashed is happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase however, the product must be unopened and can be exchanged only with a valid proof of purchase.
Sale items are not refundable and discounted ex display products.
Children
All Guests must be over the age of 16. Law requires any minor under the age of 16 to be accompanied by their guardian at the time of treatment. Children under this age are not covered to be in the salon environment by our insurance therefore bringing them along to your appointment you do so against our company policy. Please note the Micro Spa is a sanctuary for relaxation and bringing very young children will disturb your quality of treatment and others and will be refused.
Special Requirements or Conditions
If you are currently suffering a health or medical condition, contagious disease you are required by law to inform staff of any concerns. These concerns may include but not limited to medications, pregnancy, muscular joint pain, blood pressure, skin disorders and blood diseases and viruses. Please inform staff of any health issues as it may affect the ability to perform your treatment.
COVID-19 Policy
You are required to reschedule if you feel unwell. (regardless of negative COVID test) Please do not attend our premise at any point with a sore throat, head cold, flu, fever, systematic body aches, viral or bacterial infections.
Due to the close nature of our work and the inability to social distance we will continue to wear face masks while providing treatments. We encourage our guests to sanitise upon entry and continue to wear face masks in our space where possible.
